Your daily routines can be logged and planned in this app. You make your own personal profile to start off with and then you can see how well you progressed along the way. They have all different pages in it that you can learn from. One for an example is showing a body image of the muscles and functions. They also have graphs of your progress. There’s a page for you to earn your goals and awards. They also have different programs you can choose from, and you can share on social media as well if you’d like!
I highly recommend this because it helps you stay organized and consistent with your health goals. They have a lot of information that you can retain that maybe you didn’t think of yourself or that you could add. Also the fact that they have rewards make you feel like you’ve accomplished something and keeps you motivated!
